I really wasn’t looking forward to this and if it wasn’t for how naughty we were last week I would have ordered a takeaway. Turn’s out that we both really enjoyed it.
- Pick some sage leaves
- Get liver, oil, balsamic vinegar & seasoning ready
Heat some oil in a pan and cook the liver for a few minutes each side. Add the sage to the pan and let it sizzle.
Throw in a good splash of balsamic vinegar and let it reduce a little.
Season and serve with rice.
