The trout recipe this was taken from was grilled but I’m not a fan of grilling unless it’s bread! If you want a quick meal, do this as trout takes no time at all.
- Preheat the oven to 190ºc (fan)
- Mix soy sauce, sesame oil & lime juice together
- Get trout fillets, sesame seeds & seasoning ready
Line a baking tray and place the fillets on. Pour the soy mixture over the fillets with a little seasoning.
Cook in the oven. I did mine for 5 minutes then took the fillets out and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
Cook in the oven until the fillets are cooked through, depending on their size. Mine took another 5 minutes.
Squeeze over some lime.
