We were going to have sausage and mash but decided on chips instead. This one is pretty self explanatory but the chips were par-boiled, tossed in oil and polenta then finished in the oven. The egg was cooked in the sausage pan, hence the dirty look. I always bang on about market bangers but they are so so good.
Serve with lashings of ketchup.
