A lighter dish after yesterday this recipe inspiration was on the M & S App.
• Slice spring onions.
• Slice red chilli
• Zest a lemon
• Roughly chop some parsley
• Grate some parmesan
• Get out spaghetti, olive oil*, white crab meat & seasoning
Cook your pasta.
Heat some oil in a frying pan (*I used the leftover paprika butter from the Gambas Pil Pil) and cook the spring onions and chilli for a couple of minutes, stirring regularly. Add the crab meat and cook through.
Drain the pasta, saving a little of the cooking water.
Stir the pasta into the crab mixture, adding the lemon zest, a little pasta water and some seasoning.
Garnish with parsley and parmesan.
Later on we had naan pizzas using the leftover patatas bravas sauce from a few days ago and slices of the leftover brisket with slices of taleggio cheese.
Oh well – ‘back to work tomorrow’.
