A quick and easy one after yesterdays effort, it can be found here.
Mix turmeric and yoghurt and add finely chopped garlic. Season well and pour over defrosted frozen fish fillets – whichever you fancy. Leave to marinate for a little while.
Cook finely chopped onion in oil and butter until softened.
Add ground coriander and garam masala to the onion, cook and stir for one minute.
Add the fish and yoghurt mixture and cook until the fish is done. You might need to add a little water and seasoning.
Serve with rice.
