From Save with Jamie, this is a meal for under £1 per portion.
Pop some slices of garlic in a little butter and just as it starts to colour add thyme leaves, and sliced button mushrooms. Whilst they fry, toast some slices of good bread, I think I used sourdough. Season the mushrooms and serve with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
