I sat in the garden podding these fresh peas and drinking a glass of wine. As this recipe contains my two food loves – peas and chorizo – I was in heaven.
Cook some pasta.
Boil up the fresh peas in salted water until just cooked.
Cut the chorizo into matchsticks and fry until starting to crisp.
Add the peas to the chorizo then add a tin of crab.
Season well and add lemon juice.
Mix with the drained pasta and a little butter.
