Apart from the bit of butter, this one’s a pretty healthy one. Mr S put the oven on to have some chips with it but we didn’t have any so I just popped some frozen veg on.
Take a couple of turkey steaks and cover with cling film. Bash with a rolling pin then halve them. Pop a piece of Parma ham on each piece then a sage leaf. I have a ton of it in the garden.
Stick a cocktail stick through and pat with plain flour. Pop a pan on and add some butter. When the butter is foaming, add the turkey steak, ham side down, and cook for about two minutes, turn over and cook for two minutes more.
