I’m going to make this post swift, like the making of this ‘pizza’.
Use the best Naan bread that you can, these come from Scicluna’s Deli in Doncaster and are loads better than the stodgy things you buy from the supermarket. The beauty of this is you really can throw ‘anything’ on it.
Heat the oven to 190ºc (fan).
Pop slices of taleggio cheese on the base.
Add a scattering of pimento stuffed olives.
Roughly chop some artichokes – use the ones in oil. Add these to the pizza.
Sprinkle with thyme leaves and Parmesan.
It’ll take roughly 8-10 minutes in the oven.
So easy and so good and minimum washing up.
