Pork with Tuscan Beans

I have a memory that means that most of the time I can write a bit of background to a post almost a month later but this must have been a very boring night!

The meal was good though. And quick.

Preheat the oven to 190ºc (fan).

Heat some oil in a pan.

Add chopped onion and soften.

Add a tin of drained and rinsed cannellini beans, a few chopped sage leaves and a tin of chopped tomatoes. Cook gently for about ten minutes.

Oil some pork steaks and season with salt. Cook in a frying pan for a minute each side then stick in the oven for about five minutes.

Serve with fried sage leaves.
