I’m delving in to Hugh’s 3 Good things again. Having found some sausages in the freezer, this meal only cost me the price of the cabbage.
Heat some oil.
Fry some good sausages – I used Cumberland – until almost cooked. Remove, cut into bite sized pieces then throw them back in the pan.
Whilst the sausages cook, cook some pasta. For the last few minutes, add shredded savoy cabbage.
Drain the pasta. Mix it all together with a good bit of seasoning and serve with a good sprinkling of parmesan.
I do love cabbage, I believe you could eat it with anything and is so far removed from the pile of over-boiled junk we used to get served up with Sunday lunch (sorry Mum!)
Using GOOD QUALITY SAUSAGES, PASTA, SAVOY CABBAGE & PARMESAN…
This was dinner…5th March 2014.
