I didn’t have anything to do with making this meal at all. When I got home from work it was about 5 minutes off being completed.
So as far as I am aware Mr S roasted onion wedges, thick slices of red and green pepper and 2 chicken legs cut into thighs and drumsticks and covered in BBQ sauce for 40 minutes, giving it a good stir half way through.
He then softened another onion (chopped) and added thyme, rice, stock and seasoning. When almost cooked he added sweetcorn and chopped red chilli off the heat for the steam to finish cooking/warming it through.
