We’re trying to run down everything in the freezer before Christmas arrives. Less than 2 weeks as a type this folks!
This was easy.
Cook the sausages, I used some unlabeled, clearly Lincolnshire style, chipolatas from the freezer & some cooking chorizo from the fridge. When they were done I popped them to one side.
For the sauce, soften some onion in a little oil and throw in a bashed garlic clove. Add a tin of chopped tomatoes & a little water along with a chopped red chilli. Season.
Bring to the boil then cook for 5 minutes. Turn the heat down and get the pasta on.
Slice the sausages & pop back in the sauce. Normally I would mix it all together but I served it separately as I wanted to use some of the sausages in my works lunch.
Serve with some parmesan shavings.
