Home Made Burgers

We fancied burgers today so just popped out and bought the mince as we had everything else.

These are home made, but are not reinventing the wheel:

Mix together minced beef, a chopped small onion, a chopped garlic clove, a blob of Dijon mustard and a splash a Worcestershire sauce, a handful of chopped parsley, and a finely chopped gherkin. If it needs it, add a little beaten egg, I didn’t bother.

Shape into patties and chill a while.

Heat a griddle pan and cook for a couple of minutes each side, until cooked through.

I served them with a bit of lettuce, tomato, cheese, mustard mayo & some brie.

I froze what I had left.

This was dinner…30th August 2013.
