We served the tart cold today with hot hot chorizo beans.
Fry off some thickly cut chorizo. We picked up a tin of chilli beans that were on offer, warm them up (I like to do my beans for ages until they start to soften and break down into almost a thick gooey sauce).
Add the chorizo to the beans. Mr S decided things were not hot enough and stuck some hot sauce in there too. I’m not complaining, I love a bit of heat.
