Jacket Potato with Turkey, Cheese & Beans

The addition of turkey came from Mr S. He picked up some marinated turkey steaks on the way home from work.

The potatoes were  were almost ready when I got in from work. Bonus!

Mr S griddled the turkey steaks for a few minutes each side. I had 2 (fairly small) potatoes and a couple of slices of the turkey. Mr S had one potato and most of the turkey.

Obviously I stuck a bit of butter into the potatoes before dolloping on the beans and scattering the mature cheddar cheese. As usual, it had a perfectly crispy skin which is obviously the best part.

This was dinner…1st August 2013.

Any thoughts?
