I’ve had Jamie’s 30 Minute meals book for quite sometime now and have cooked the odd item but never actually made one of his full menus. I liked the sound of this one so decided to go the whole hog. You can find the recipe here on Jamie’s website.
The only difference to ours was that we just used kale for our greens and I didn’t buy black cherries for the affogato.
The chicken was heavenly, the dauphinoise were tasty, the greens were greens and the affogato was a bit of fun at the end. In fact it was that good that my mouth is watering again.
