Moroccan Burger

These were not on the list this week either, but at least they are home made.

Mr S fancied a burger, and so went an hour(ish) long text debate about whether to eat out or just eat the pasta we had decided against the night before. We went with these:


Mix together a pound of minced lamb, a tablespoon of harissa paste, a tablespoon of ground cumin and the same of ground coriander.

Shape into burgers (we made 4 and froze 2)

Chill for as long as your hunger will let you wait.

Griddle to your liking.

We served them with harissa mayo, sun blushed tomatoes, lettuce and feta cheese on a toasted bun.
