Pretty much the same as yesterday really, just cooked them a little different. We seared these in the frying pan and then put them in the oven. This made them juicier than they were yesterday.
Served almost the same but we didn’t bother mixing a chipotle mayonnaise. It was mayo on top – chipotle on the bottom. It’s chopped up purely because I cut into it to make sure it was cooked through.
