Not very Irish on St Patricks day I know but Mr S did have a Guinness.

I might have mentioned before how much I love lamb, this dish was amazing. I served it with shop bought poppadoms and made a mint yoghurt dip. There were no leftovers as we both went back for second helpings. Delicious!
