As I said in my last post, there was definitely enough pie for leftovers. As is usually the way, the flavours intensify for second helpings, this was no exception. Don’t forget your tin foil for reheating, but only do it loosely or it will take forever.
As this serving was a little smaller we stuck a couple of (oven) chips on there. Thankfully oven chips have come a long way since the headache inducing ones from my childhood. I always have a bag in the freezer, because frankly, who wants to get the deep fat fryer out everytime.
My heavy-handedness came in to play here and as I reached the plate it just dropped off the spoon so it does look like a big pile of slop.
