Sausage & Stuffing Toad in the Hole

Again, this is from the March edition of BBC Good Food magazine. The stuffing is cooked for a while and added to the pan and baked with it, the gravy has an extra kick with a bit of sweet onion chutney added. I will definitely use that idea again.

Mr S is king of the pudding batter as I hope this picture shows. Don’t forget, your oil must be as hot as possible and don’t open the oven door once it’s in there.

This was perfect for a miserable Sunday afternoon.
